Casey brings 25+ years of finance and operations experience. He's a CPA and former CFO who has been involved in 100+ solar projects in both the C&I and DG space. Casey has closed $1.4 billion of transactions. He has extensive experience acting as an owner's rep, co-founded CSS Repower, served as CFO of Carolina Solar Services, and spent 5 years in tax & audit at RSM (formerly McGladrey) advising clients.

Matthew possesses 20+ years of expertise accelerating energy transition infrastructure. At RTI International, he directed a $183 million portfolio scaling 5+ GW of renewable capacity. As former COO of Power for All, he led global coalitions advancing distributed renewables alongside institutional capital.
Beatrice Karwirwa
Project Accountant
Beatrice manages the day-to-day project accounting behind Solar CFO engagements — SPE-level bookkeeping, PPA invoice reconciliation, REC revenue tracking, bank account maintenance, and the monthly close that feeds owner and lender reporting. Her attention to detail keeps every entity audit-ready and every distribution accurately documented.
